What a bunch of wonderful ideas for vacationing with your dog. In St. Augustine, Florida, you can take a boat cruise with your dog. In Sedona, Arizona, you can take your dog to a resort. And lots of dog-friendly beaches in Cape Cod!

DogFriendly.com released its Top 10 dog-friendly resort regions in the United States for 2010. The rankings are determined by the DogFriendly.com staff and take into account the quality of a complete dog-friendly vacation including accommodations, things to do with your dog, beaches, parks and dog-friendly patio dining.
